Be prepared for labor, birth, and breastfeeding — all in one empowering day!

This full-day Childbirth Preparation Class is designed for pregnant women and their partners who want to feel calm, confident, and ready to welcome their baby. Whether this is your first pregnancy or you’re preparing for a new birth experience, this workshop will give you the knowledge, tools, and reassurance you need.

Led by Joy Snyder, postpartum doula and childbirth educator, this interactive and practical session blends evidence-based information with real-life tips to help you understand what happens during labor and how to work with your body, not against it.

You’ll learn:
🌀 The stages of labor — what to expect from early contractions to birth
💪 Effective comfort measures — movement, breathing, massage, and positioning
🤝 The role of your birth partner — how they can support you physically and emotionally
⚕️ Common interventions — what they are, when they might be needed, and how to make informed choices
🤱 The first hour after birth — skin-to-skin, bonding, and starting breastfeeding

Throughout the day, you’ll have time to practice labor positions, ask questions, and connect with other expecting parents. You’ll leave feeling empowered, informed, and excited for your baby’s arrival!
